Chronology of this course
1. Lecture – 1 hour
A comprehensive theory session covering essential principles, emergency protocols, CPR techniques, AED awareness, and key clinical scenarios.
2. Practical Training – 1 hour 30 minutes
Hands-on practice with adult and child CPR, use of AED, recovery position, and real-life emergency simulations under instructor guidance.
3. Assessment/Test – 30 minutes
A short assessment to confirm understanding and competency, ensuring
participants meet the required standards for certification.
